This policy explains what information is collected when you use this website (mirekmassage.ca) and how it is handled. The site is run by Mirek Werykowicz, a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). Information collected on this website
This website does not have an online booking form, online payment, or online medical intake. It does not ask you to create an account or enter personal details to browse.
The site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the pages (for example, which pages are viewed and roughly where visits come from, based on IP address). This data is aggregated and is used to improve the site. Advertising signals are turned off, and analytics cookies follow a consent-mode default.
When you contact Mirek
When you call, text, or email to ask about or book an appointment, Mirek receives the information you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, and what you write in your message. This is used to reply to you, arrange your appointment, and provide massage therapy.
Health information
Any personal health information (for example, a short, confidential medical-history form at your first visit) is collected in person as part of your care, not through this website. As a Registered Massage Therapist, Mirek keeps this information confidential and handles it in line with Ontario’s Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) and CMTO standards, including retaining treatment records for the period the College requires.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies only for Google Analytics measurement. It does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.
How information is shared
Mirek does not sell your information. Website analytics are processed by Google as the analytics provider, and the site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard technical request data (such as IP addresses) to serve and secure the pages. Information you share when contacting Mirek is used to provide your care and is not shared for marketing.
